Finally! We've had rain! I've been praying every day all summer, meanwhile the dust gets deeper and EVERYTHING is covered. This summer has been one of the driest on record for Utah.. I worked outside in it for a while, kept praying it wouldn't stop
The Box Elder County Fair has been celebrating western heritage for 100 years!! It was so fun being a part of this centennial celebration. This is the largest county fair in the state of Utah and one of the biggest in the west. It's certainly a spec I tried a few new zinnias this season. It's been so dry, I had poor germination but still got a few to pop up and bloom and they are delish!! I'll be stingy with these because I only have 4 plants. Sorry, not sorry. Maybe next year! 😃 #wildflowe Well.... Just been pulling weeds and melting here these days. Pouring water on the flowers but it's so dry I'm not sure how much good it's doing. But on a high note, this was last week's darling bouquet for my flower subscribers. I think I need to You might be a flower farmer/florist if you see wildflowers in the mountains and get excited that they are at the perfect cutting stage!
